When she went looking for accountability, she hit a wall most Floridians have never heard of: Florida's "Free Kill" law.
Because Taylor was over 25, unmarried, and had no minor children, Florida law reduced her non-economic damages to zero. Her life was legally valued at nothing. And the cost of even getting a case into court - expert witnesses, pre-suit investigation - would have run well past what any attorney could recover.
Cindy refused to go quiet. She spent nearly four years in Tallahassee fighting to repeal it - and what she found there changed her mission entirely.
In this episode:
What "Free Kill" actually is, in plain English
How the law slid into effect in 1990 without a signature or a veto
Why the House passed repeal almost unanimously - and the Senate killed it anyway
The $500K damage cap amendment that would value losing a limb the same as losing a pinky
The veto press conference held at a hospital, with lobbyists at the podium
Why Cindy now says the path to ending Free Kill runs through lobbying and campaign finance reform
"Accountability has no party affiliation. Government should work for the people - not the interests with the most money and access."

The Contract for Conservation commits a candidate to defend Florida's land, water, and ecosystem from federal mandates, and to require independent third-party environmental, water use, and contamination studies before any data center permit clears.

Working with grassroots organizations across Florida to build something real, we came up with a Contract with Florida. Five issues. Four candidates. One ask.
If Byron Donalds, James Uthmeier, Blaise Ingoglia, and Wilton Simpson sign this contract pledging to put Floridians ahead of their donors, we pledge our votes. If they don't - we vote our conscience, guilt-free.
Here's what's in the contract:
🔹 Contract for Conservation - Defend 10th Amendment rights, require independent environmental impact studies before any data center permit
🔹 Contract for Care - No medical mandates, protect Florida's medical freedom laws, support Dr. Joseph Ladapo as Surgeon General
🔹 Contract for Commerce - Government entities must accept cash, no forced digital programmable currency
🔹 Contract for Children - Parental rights, curriculum transparency, no funding for anti-American or foreign legal systems in schools
🔹 Contract for Community - Warrants required for digital surveillance, FLOCK camera data stays in-state, purged in 7 days
This isn't a list of demands from an angry mob. This is us coming to the table.
Goal: 100,000 Floridians. DeSantis won his first election by less than 75,000 votes. Our numbers are power.

Justin Harvey joins Saga Stevin on Floridian Future to break down his journey from realtor to one of Florida's most effective grassroots activists. Justin has been on the front lines of the fluoride bans sweeping the state, the fight against hyperscale AI data centers, and the broader battle against mass surveillance.
In this episode:
-How 2012 sent Justin down the rabbit hole on food, health, and government deception.
-The fluoride fight: how a handful of residents got fluoride out of their city's water
-Why AI data centers are really about building the infrastructure for total control
-Flock cameras, 5G, smart cities: the surveillance grid explained
-The common thread behind every issue: control through confusion, division, sickness, and debt
-Who Justin is backing for Florida governor, and what he sees in the other candidates
-How to get activated: showing up, speaking out, and finding your tribe
-The viral video hitting 2.6 million views in one week and what that says about where people really stand
"I don't want to wake up in a world where my smart home won't let me leave for work because of a controversial post I made on social media last night." (Justin Harvey)

They deserve real answers to real questions. The Florida Freedom Forum was built as a hybrid event: part panel discussion, part town hall, part unscripted conversation. No teleprompter. No screened questions. Just Paul Renner, a panel of experts, and voters who showed up to be heard.
In this 90-minute forum, former Florida House Speaker and candidate for Governor Paul Renner discusses what he considers his top wins from the Session of the Century, what he believes is still broken in Florida, and what he sees as the stakes of the November election. He is joined by experts on affordability and property taxes, health freedom and environmental protection, AI data centers and civil liberties, and parental rights.
Then the People's Docket opens with questions from social media users and the in-room audience, unvetted and unscripted. It's a look at candidates and issues in an unfiltered setting, and the perfect way to learn this candidates stance on the issues that matter most to you!

How lobbyists hijack good bills (including the school bus camera racket and the gold/silver legal tender boondoggle)
Why the war on cash is a war on your freedom
The quid-pro-quo endorsement machine—and why so many reps are tripping over themselves to back Byron Donalds
Dr. Rudman's experience serving under Speaker Paul Renner
His official endorsement for Governor of Florida 🇺🇸

Sounds boring — until you realize it's about flock cameras tracking your every move. Florida came within inches of a full-blown surveillance grid — and most people have no idea.
Bailey Kuykendoll has been in those rooms. As Operations Director and Florida State Director for Stand for Health Freedom, she's spent nearly a decade going toe-to-toe with lobbyists, legislators, and local health departments to beat back forced medication, water fluoridation, vaccine mandates, data centers, and the quiet creep of digital control.
In this interview, she lays out what actually happened this legislative session — what won, what died, and who stabbed us in the back. She explains how 30 Florida counties kicked fluoride out of their water by calling it what it is: forced medication. She names the allies who surprised her, the candidates who lied, and the voter guide at VoteHF.com that cuts through the noise before you cast your ballot.
This is not a theoretical conversation. This is boots-on-the-ground, in-the-Capitol, how-the-sausage-gets-made reality from someone who's been in the fight long enough to know when we're winning — and when we're about to lose everything.

The homestead exemption is about to grow from $50K to $150K in 2027, and then jump to $250K in 2028.
This staggered plan gives local governments time to adjust budgets and prepare for the revenue drop.
Plus, the assessment cap for rentals and second homes will drop from 10% to 5%, offering some relief on property taxes.
It’s a balanced approach; more exemption while helping authorities plan ahead.
What’s your take? Do you think this makes property taxes fairer or just more complicated?

America is being carpet-bombed with hyperscale AI data centers, and almost nobody is asking the right questions. In this episode, two government-trained industrial hygienists — both whistleblowers who helped stop the permanent COVID mandate at the Supreme Court — break down exactly what's coming to your backyard.
What we cover:
Why hyperscale data centers have nothing to do with "competing with China" and everything to do with Wall Street contracts and a control grid
Tonal noise — the silent, 24/7 vibration you feel more than hear — and what it does to your brain, your sleep, your cortisol, and your livestock
Diesel generator emissions, PM 2.5, black soot on cars, and why the EPA has gone completely silent
The water grab: how these facilities are being handed the keys to municipal aquifers already dangerously low
Why the AI bubble is about to burst — and who gets stuck with the abandoned concrete husks and destroyed farmland
What you can actually do: noise ordinances, diesel air permits, moratoriums, referendums, and how citizens have already stopped or paused 50% of new hyperscale builds slated for 2026
This is not partisan. This is not left vs. right. This is about whether your community will still be livable in ten years.
